On the board: the board floats in the water, the oars are placed on the board, the person stands (or floats) on the left (right) side of the board, one hand steps over the width of the board to grasp the handle (or the edge of the board) on the other side, climbs up the board like climbing out of the water in the pool, and then moves both knees to the slippers mark on the board, facing forward in a kneeling position.
Kneeling row: Beginner pose, you can put your thighs on your calves or kneel on the board at right angles between your thighs and legs. At this time, row with a paddle (because the rowing method is the same as standing, please refer to the method of standing and rowing later)
Stand up: Place the paddle in front of you, put your hands on either side of the board, hold it with your hands, and stand up on both feet
Stand and row: Suppose you are now holding the top handle of the oars in your right hand and the handle of the oars in your left hand. First, use the paddle surface to insert the paddle surface into the water from the left front of the board next to the board body, so that the paddle surface is completely submerged in the water, then row back along the board body, and finally lift the paddle surface out of the water to the left after the paddle surface has passed its position. This is a complete stroke with an " L " or " J " shape. After a few strokes on one side, switch hands to perform the same but mirrored action on the other. So that you can go straight ahead.
Standing rowing turn: Assuming that you intend to turn to the left, first use the paddle to row from the back to the front on the left side (similar to the reverse action of rowing forward), and then change hands and use the paddle to row from the right front side of the board to the right rear (45 degrees in the direction of the board) to the outside until it turns in the desired direction. The same goes for right-hand turns.
